Domestic Shipping (Sweden)

We are roasting and shipping as usual, though shipping may take 1 day longer than normal.

Shipping via Postnord to Swedish addresses is taking 2-3 days to reach most parts of the country (in normal times this is 1 -2 days).

Shipping with DHL to a DHL Service Point is taking 1 -2 days for most parts of Sweden.

International Shipping

We are currently able to ship webshop orders to the countries/regions listed below. Postal services in many countries are dealing with the combination of staff shortages/increased postal volumes and items usually transported by air are now being routed by land and sea so deliveries may take a longer than normal (current estimates for postal times in parentheses, shipping by courier with full tracking may be faster). Our coffees are roasted, immediately packaged and shipped within 24 hours, and are tasting great 4-5 weeks after roasting.

Prevention

Social Distancing

We are very much a micro-roastery -right now just there is only one staff member (me, Jack) is at the roastery, so social distancing is in-built to daily life. Visitors to the roastery are rare and all workshops for the coming months have been postponed. I also practice social distancing in the world outside the roastery.

Hygiene

Thorough handwashing at regular intervals and copious use of sanitising hand gel are part of our normal daily routines. As is the wiping down of work surfaces, handles, touch screens, etc. These stringent measures continue at an increased frequency nowadays.
